It is with heavy heart that I have to tell the community about the unexpected loss of one of our own members of staff, Juanmi, who was known to us all as Goiphan.

He suffered a suspected stroke yesterday and died instantly. He was in his early thirties and seemed a healthy man by all accounts, so this loss has come as a real shock.

Those who have had the pleasure of speaking and dealing with him, will know he was truly good man, generous of spirit and always willing to help, with a keen intellect and a bright future ahead of him.

We will truly miss him here, and can only send our heartfelt condolences to his close friends and family in Barcelona, Spain.

I couldn't believe it when I saw this. I saw him post like he usually did very recently, and have seen him around the forum a lot since I joined. We should all find some solace in the fact that he left his impression on us here, for those who know him. And I hope his family and friends will be alright. And I'm honored to have recieved rep from him in the past :)

Personally i didnt have any dealings with Goiphan, however knowing how much dedication the PSPISO staff have to they're members im sure he was a very helpful and friendly person. Heartfelt apologies to all Goiphans
friends and family. May the sucsess of PSPISO and its wonderful community, forever be a shrine to Goiphan.
It proves that people from all races and walks of life CAN come together to discuss and help one another.

I spoke to Goiphan several times directly. He was the one who helped me receive Uploader lvl 1. I,along with the rest of Pspiso will miss you dearly. As a memorial,I've written this post in the style he would have written it.

When I first joined up with pspiso back when I was pspmurder. I used to seek help from people he would help with anything you asked, no problems. R.I.P man you will be missed.

Poor guy. Died so young. Results of bad health problems. He once lived with us six feet on top but now he is six feet under in Peace. He was a good man that will be missed here in the PsPiso community. I was honor enough to be helped by this young mate once. I loved his posts about everything he had to offer to the psp community. So sad but the everyday reality in this world. We must move on leaving some friends behind but never forgotten. Some friends leave us but new ones are made. We learn to appreciate every day again. We must not stop but in fact move on with a lesson to learn. Every man and women have has a destiny planned but without a goal or reason what is there to accomplished. Goiphan accomplished many things in Pspiso and MANY more in his world. Goiphan was a leader and a teacher that got paid with respect. Thank you for leaving us a lesson many have to learn. I guess I can say on behalf of all the staff that we are all honored to have worked with such a great guy.

I would like to give my heartfelt condolences to Juanmi's family and freinds and state i am saddened by the loss of a great PSPISO member and PSPISO will never forget you Goiphan, rest in peace.

Being of around the same age and being the father of a new baby boy, my hearfelt sympathy goes out to his family and friends. It must be devastating to them to lose someone especially at an early age.

I have never lost somebody close to me, but the sensation of that you will never see them again is so strange, i may not be crying over this tragedy, most of you are probely not, but i have that weirdness and sadness that i am never going to see his posts again.

NO WAY!, GOIPHAN!. I remember seeing his name everywhere. I don't remember anything in particular because I have a bad memory for names but I know he was a big part of PSPISO. I can't believe only 33 years old and died from a stroke, this could happen to anyone at anytime. I wonder what cuased it. I feel bad right now. I went on this site today and saw "We'll always miss you Goiphan" and I thought that he left the site kind of like mysvidel. Then I looked at further into the forum and I saw this and I almost began to cry. He helped everyone on this site and he had helped me many times. He was not only a person who strongly contributed to the pspiso community, but he was just a good person in general. I didn't know him personally, but I feel at a great loss that he is not with us anymore. He deserves everyones respect and I am happy that he is in a better place.

I'm lucky enough o say that he had helped me before in many occasions and I considered him as a friend. He was very bright and very helpful. To me this cam as a big shock....

I'm just sad for him...I didin't know him...but...It is hard to learn this. When someone die, I give all my respect because we are all humans...I belive that in the world, everyone is egual. Be in peace goiphan...We are all brothers...and I thinks that we all need to give you our respect even if I don't know you too much. Everyone should write something nice in this post to keep the memory of this person.

I don't know what to say, except, he was a true friend and most kind. It makes you want to say, "Why? Just, why?", but I guess in some form or another, you just have to accept life with all of its good sides and bad.

With all of the kindness he had to share, I know he's in a better place now.

At times when we goofed off, his "power level" was definately over 9000, putting myself and Zmoney to shame(even breaking a few scouters, hehe). I guess now, the scouter will remain in pieces...

We will always remember Goiphan and how he was such a good natured being.

We should help by raising money for the funural costs.
A coffin itsself can be up 2,000 dollars or more. And the expenses increase with some other stuff. We can raise money via paypal or something and give it to the family for financial help or even for memorable reasons. What do you guys think?

I never met Goiphan, but for all the pspiso community it is truly a sorrowful loss. He must have been a great person in this community and will be missed dearly. May his passing teach us a lesson to live healthier and happier everyday because life can be gone in an instant. May heaven treat him as he has treated us. Rest in Peace Goiphan.
